Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP designs into overall project plans.
- Conduct site visits to inspect existing installations and identify areas for improvement or repair.
- Prepare detailed design calculations, drawings, and specifications for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, fire fighting systems, and other MEP services.
- Develop and maintain accurate records of project progress reports, including timelines, budgets, and quality control metrics.
- Provide technical support during construction phases to resolve any issues related to MEP installations.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering (MEP) coordination or design role.
- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards for HVAC systems, plumbing systems, electrical systems, fire fighting systems etc.
