In this role, you’ll own the growth pipeline end-to-end: from identifying opportunities and closing deals and refining sales strategies that scale the business.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Business Growth & Revenue Strategy: Own and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and unlock new opportunities.

- Customer Relationship Building: Connect with new and existing customers through outbound calls, understand their needs, and build long-lasting, meaningful relationships that strengthen customer loyalty.
- Strategic Sales Engagement: Promote Game Nation's products with confidence, spark customer interest, and follow up on leads to successfully convert them into satisfied buyers. Your role directly drives the company's growth.
- Organized CRM & Data Management: Maintain accurate and detailed customer records, call logs, and sales updates in our CRM system to support transparency, efficiency, and better customer service.
- Chance Identification & Upselling: Recognize customer needs, spot opportunities, and make the right product recommendations all while working toward team and individual sales targets.
- Fluency in spoken Hindi is mandatory.
