We are hiring an Disptach Executive to manage raw material operations and coordinate with vendors, transport drivers, and internal teams to ensure smooth material movement.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with raw material vendors for timely dispatch and delivery.
Coordinate with transport drivers for material pickup and delivery.
Supervise loading and unloading of raw materials.
Coordinate with warehouse, purchase, and production teams.
Verify delivery challans, invoices, and transport documents.
Maintain records of material receipts, dispatches, and inventory.
Resolve day-to-day logistics and operational issues.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Dispatch, operations, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
