Role Description
The Assistant Manager Human Resources role at Luxury Hotel is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. This role supports day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. The Assistant Manager Human Resources helps implement HR policies, maintains employee records, and assists with performance management processes. The role also involves organizing training and development activities, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and handling basic employee relations queries in line with hotel standards. The individual collaborates with department leaders to ensure compliance with labor laws and internal guidelines and contributes to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in core HR functions,



including recruitment support, onboarding, employee documentation, and HR administration.
- Experience with performance management, training coordination, and employee engagement activities in a service-oriented setting.
- Ability to interpret and apply HR policies and basic labor regulations, ensuring compliance and fair practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and hotel departments.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Comfort with HR information systems and basic office software (e.g., HRIS platforms, MS Office or similar tools).
- Prior experience in hospitality or a customer-focused industry is preferred; experience in a luxury hotel setting is an advantage.
