Role Description
The Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City.



This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities with startup ISVs and technology-driven organizations, building and nurturing long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day activities include conducting market research, developing and presenting proposals, managing the sales pipeline, and coordinating with delivery and technology teams to align solutions with client needs. The Business Development Manager will lead client meetings and conference calls, negotiate contracts and engagement models, and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to project execution. The role also involves tracking performance metrics, providing regular updates to leadership, and contributing to strategic planning for business expansion.

Qualifications
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, and stakeholder communication.
