We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mechanical Design Engineer with 3 to 8 years of experience in the automobile industry to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have robust hands-on experience in CAD modeling, casting, and forging, alongside a solid understanding of electromechanical components and PLM systems.

We are specifically looking for immediate joiners who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities
- Design & Development: Create, modify, and optimize 3D models and 2D engineering drawings for automotive components using CAD tools, focusing on accuracy and manufacturing feasibility.
- Process Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of Casting and Forging processes to design robust components that meet strict automotive quality and structural standards.
- Lifecycle Management: Utilize PLM systems to manage product data, engineering change orders (ECOs), and maintain seamless documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
- Component Integration:



Collaborate on the design and integration of electromechanical components, ensuring seamless mechanical housing and electrical connectivity.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with manufacturing, quality, and testing teams to resolve design challenges and ensure timely project delivery.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Exactly 4 years of core experience within the Automobile Industry.
- CAD Tools: Hands-on experience with 3D modeling and drawings; Creo is highly preferred.
- PLM Tools: Strong working knowledge of PLM software; Enovia is highly preferred.
- Technical Domain: Prior experience designing electromechanical components is a strong advantage.
