Education : Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Mechanical or an equivalent
Job Description:
- Top priority is to create accurate plans, elevations, sections, details, and component drawings in a timely manner.
- Read and interpret 3D Building Models, Architectural and Structural drawings for production of Shop Drawings
- Model complex curtain wall assemblies and components for use in fabrication and assembly operations.
- Coordinate your work with client and other team members and established Engineering Standards.
- Work with a team and manage the team to meet project goals and timelines.
- Take responsibility of all the quality measurements before the delivery of the project.
- Should have Valid B1/B2 USA Visa
Experience:
- Associate degree in Architectural Drafting/ Mechanical or related degree from a technical of community college or related experience and training.
- 5-10 years of overall experience
- Min. 3 years of related work experience in drafting, modelling, and/or engineering role or equivalent in Faade and/or Curtain Wall experience highly preferred
- Should have experience of US code detailing practices.

- Creating Assembly of curtain wall/storefront/window elevation' frame components of aluminium extrusion, Gasket and Glass etc.
- Create Library of the required profiles
- Create Architectural details of the Jambs, Transom, Headers, Sill, etc. using AutoCAD or Inventor or Revit
- Should have managed a team of at-least 3 members and developed the skills of the team members
- Knowledge of creating iLogic rules
