Position Overview
- Role: Articled Assistant (Under ICAI Regulations)
- Location: Mumbai
- Stipend Structure:
- 1st Year: ₹10,000 per month
- 2nd Year: ₹20,000 per month
- Eligibility: Candidates who have cleared Both Groups of the CA Intermediate examination. Direct entry candidates with strong academic backgrounds are also welcome to apply.

Areas of Work Exposure

Unlike firms that restrict articles to a single domain, our 2-year training program is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on exposure across the full spectrum of qualified practice.



You will gain practical experience in:

1. Statutory Audit
- Assist in planning and executing Statutory Audits for diverse corporate entities under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Learn to verify financial statements, test internal financial controls (IFCoFR), and ensure compliance with Accounting Standards (AS) and Ind AS.

2. Internal Audit
- Participate in risk-based internal audits across various industries (Manufacturing, Financial Services, Listed Entitites).
- Bank Audit
- Map operational workflows (Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, etc.) to identify control gaps, revenue leakages, and operational inefficiencies.

3. Tax Audit & Direct Tax Compliance
- Execute Tax Audits under Section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, 1961, and assist in compiling and filing Form 3CD.
- Prepare and file Income Tax returns (ITRs) for corporates, partnership firms, and high-net-worth individuals.
