The Opportunity
UST is seeking an experienced Workday Integrations & Extend Consultant to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade integration solutions and custom applications within the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, Orchestration, and Workday Extend, enabling seamless integrations and innovative business solutions across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and external systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, and Orchestration.
- Build and support custom applications using Workday Extend to address complex business requirements and enhance Workday capabilities.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll,
Benefits, and business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Develop integrations with third-party systems including payroll providers, benefits carriers, and other enterprise applications.
- Manage and troubleshoot integration failures, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
- Configure and maintain PECI/PICOF integrations for payroll interfaces.
- Build and enhance Workday Orchestration workflows for recent business processes and integration requirements.
- Develop and maintain Benefit Connectors supporting Open Enrollment, Life Events, and carrier feeds.
- Design, deploy, and maintain Workday Extend applications integrated with Workday business processes, reports, and external systems.
