Role Description
The Customer Account Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram.



This role involves managing customer accounts for residential societies, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across all stakeholder groups. The specialist will handle day-to-day customer support activities, including logging and tracking tickets, coordinating with internal teams for timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate account records. They will proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, provide product guidance, and communicate updates or recent features. The role also includes analyzing account performance, identifying service improvements, and contributing feedback to enhance overall customer experience and operational efficiency.
