Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting inbound website leads into clients, understanding their digital marketing requirements, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a seamless sales process from inquiry to closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle and convert website-generated leads for digital marketing services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and other online marketing solutions.
- Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their business goals.
- Identify client requirements and recommend the most suitable digital marketing services.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and service packages based on client needs.




- Negotiate pricing and close deals while maintaining healthy profit margins.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Coordinate with the internal marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth project onboarding.
- Take feedback from existing clients regarding services and overall satisfaction.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development or Sales (preferably in Digital Marketing ).
- Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good understanding of digital marketing services such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing,etc.
- Ability to handle multiple client inquiries and follow-ups effectively.
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
