Responsibilities:
- Should have IATA/diploma in tours travel Fresher/Exp in travel industry are eligible
- Valuable sound knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/GALILEO) System for International/ Domestic Ticketing fare calculation, Issue, Reissue, Cancellation Refunds Process
- Incumbent should have fair knowledge of domestic as well as international itineraries
- Good PC skills, MS Office applications and email management
- Excellent Customer service and communication skills (Both Written and Verbal).
- Handle corporate/ individual's clients with their travel requirements like reservation/ticketing/fares /hotels
- Knowledge Of corporate travel economics and travel technology/tools will be an added advantage
- Developing and maintaining relationships with Local travel agents,



Tour Operators/ Hotels/ Suppliers and tourist boards.
- Visiting Travel Agencies by way of Sales Calls and to update them for B2B online / Offline Products.
- B2B agent meeting
- Marketing and promoting FareHawker products among travel agencies across the region
- Achievement of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets by generating revenue
