Job Description – Junior Accountant
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
1. Expense allocation from card statements through Zoho Expense
2. Working closely with consultants for compliance and filings of India books.
3. Day-to-day accounting activities (bookkeeping, vouching, reconciliations)
4. Company secretary and paperwork related to all bank matters
5. Preparation and maintenance of ledgers, invoices, and financial records
6. Assisting with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings
7.
Bank reconciliation and monitoring of transactions
8. Vendor and payment follow-ups
9. Supporting month-end and year-end closing activities
10. Maintaining proper documentation and filing for audits
Experience & Skills Required
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and basic taxation (GST/TDS)
- Hands-on experience with Zoho Books/Zoho Expense and QuickBooks (QB)
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Valuable communication skills to coordinate with consultants and internal teams
- Commerce graduate (B.Com) or equivalent
