Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, treasury, and working capital management functions. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling finance operations within trading, manufacturing, supply chain, or marketplace businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and financial controls.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and MIS reports.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory compliances.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and vendor reconciliations.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
- Develop financial budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Ensure timely invoicing, collections, and payment processing.




- Support business teams with profitability analysis and financial insights.
- Establish and improve internal controls, SOPs, and compliance processes.

Requirements
- Semi Qualified CA / CMA / MBA / M.Com.
- 510 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- Experience in trading, construction materials, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, or B2B marketplace businesses preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, accounting standards, and financial compliance.
- Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, ERP systems, and Advanced Excel.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
