We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who can independently manage advertising campaigns, optimize ROI, and deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, and Local campaigns).
- Create and optimize Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop lead generation, sales, and brand awareness strategies.
- Perform audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
- Build high-converting campaign structures from scratch.




- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize based on KPIs.
- Improve CTR, Conversion Rate, ROAS, and reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Configure and troubleshoot conversion tracking using:
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion API (CAPI)
- Google Ads Conversion Tracking
- Conduct A/B testing for:
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Headlines
- Audience targeting
- Create remarketing and retargeting campaigns.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content creators to improve ad performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google and Meta advertising policies and algorithm changes.
