We are hiring a Head FMCG Business for a leading organized retail chain based in Hyderabad. We are specifically looking for senior professionals with 15-20 years of experience in FMCG retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or up-to-date trade.
The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Category Management, Merchandising, Buying, Procurement, Vendor Management, Pricing, Private Labels, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, and end-to-end P&L; management. The role involves driving business growth, profitability, vendor partnerships, and leading large merchandising/category teams.
Mandatory Background:
- Experience in organized retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, or large FMCG retail chains is essential.
- Strong leadership experience in managing large-scale FMCG business operations is required.
