About the Role:

We are looking for a highly passionate and impact-driven AI/ML Associate Engineer to join our engineering team in Mumbai. If you are someone who doesn't just want to write code, but is genuinely excited about creating a real-world impact through AI, this role is for you.

We are specifically looking for individuals eager to design, build, and implement autonomous AI Agents across various industry use cases.
- Freshers are absolutely welcome if you have solid hands-on academic/personal projects building models or agents.
- Candidates with a bit of prior experience (including strong internships) who have hands-on experience with AI Agent frameworks and custom model creation will be a perfect fit

Key Responsibilities:
- AI Agent Development: Design, build, and implement autonomous AI Agents, multi-agent systems, and workflows using frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar tools.




- Model Creation & Fine-Tuning: Actively build, train, evaluate, and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning models to solve specific industry problems.
- Problem Solving & Innovation: Turn conceptual business challenges into functioning AI solutions, bringing fresh ideas and a passion for creating high-impact technology.
- Data Pipelines: Clean, preprocess, and structure complex datasets to feed into custom ML models and agent frameworks.
- Collaboration & Deployment: Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI models and intelligent agents into scalable, production-ready systems.

Prerequisites & Requirements:
- Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience (Relevant internships, freelance work, or exceptional personal/academic projects are highly valued).
- AI Agent Hands-on Exposure: Practical familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and building functional AI Agents.
