Job Description
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Execute lifecycle services including Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), Preventive and Comprehensive AMCs, and structured service packages (ST100, ST200, ST300), along with chargeable and ad-hoc services.
- Manage and support the DeltaV installed base across the Central Region, ensuring high system availability and reliability.
- Deliver maintenance contract services, with significant in office engagement (approximately 180–190 days annually, including travel).
- Provide technical support for DeltaV systems including Batch, Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), Charms I/O, VIM, third-party integrations, and system maintenance activities.
- Support lifecycle services sales initiatives, including AMC renewals, spares management, add-on projects, system expansions, upgrades, and software opportunities.
- Drive customer engagement to identify new service opportunities and contribute to additional revenue generation within the region.




- Maintain operational efficiency and ensure effective execution of service contracts within assigned territory.
- Achieve service collection targets and support financial performance metrics.
- Deliver all services in alignment with Standard Methods of Operation (SMO) and organizational quality standards.
