Job Summary

VIBGYOR High School, NIBM, Pune, is seeking a passionate, student-focused, and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) Psychology to teach Grades XI & XII under the CBSE and Cambridge (CIE/AS & A Level) curriculum. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom management skills, and the ability to make psychological concepts engaging through practical applications, case studies, discussions, and research-based learning.

Key Responsibilities
- Teach Psychology to Classes XI & XII in accordance with CBSE and/or Cambridge (CIE/AS & A Level) curriculum.
- Develop comprehensive lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessments aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centric classroom sessions using creative teaching methodologies.




- Prepare students for Board Examinations through effective academic planning and continuous assessment.
- Evaluate student performance through formative and summative assessments and provide constructive feedback.
- Guide students in projects, practical applications, research work, presentations, and case studies.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and scientific understanding of human behavior.
- Integrate technology and digital learning tools into classroom teaching.
- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, assessment data, and student progress reports.
- Participate in Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs), academic reviews, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance curriculum delivery and student outcomes.
- Contribute to co-curricular and enrichment activities that promote holistic student development.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree (M.A./M.Sc.) in Psychology from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. qualification is
