Role Description
The Admission Counselor at Top Crew Aviation will guide prospective learners through the admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. This full time, in office role is based in New Delhi and involves meeting prospective students and families, explaining programs, eligibility, and training pathways, and providing clear information on fees, schedules, and career outcomes. The counselor will manage incoming leads,



conduct counseling sessions in person, via phone, and email, and follow up to support timely decision-making. Day-to-day tasks include assessing applicant profiles, supporting application and documentation processes, coordinating with academic and training teams, and maintaining accurate records in admissions systems. The role also involves participating in outreach activities, education fairs, and information sessions to promote the academy and build solid relationships with schools, colleges, and other partners.

Qualifications
- 1 - 3 Years of experience in sales required.
- Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to counsel prospective students and interact effectively with families and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to provide responsive, accurate, and supportive guidance throughout the admission process
