Key Responsibilities




- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT, Engineering, Corporate, and Manufacturing positions, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding using job portals and SAP Recruiting modue and ATS tools.
- Partner with global stakeholders and hiring managers across BHS subsidiaries to provide end-to-end recruitment support and ensure timely hiring.
- Coordinate seamless onboarding and induction activities while maintaining employee records, documentation, and compliance through GreytHR, HRMS, and other HR systems.
- Support employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, promotions, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
- Assist in implementing and communicating HR policies, procedures, and best practices while ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Support office administration activities, including coordination with internal teams and external vendor
