Role Description
The Customer Relationship Management Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Serilingampalli. This role is responsible for overseeing the customer lifecycle from initial inquiry through project completion and post-delivery support, ensuring a positive and consistent experience. Day-to-day activities include managing customer interactions, addressing queries and concerns, coordinating with project and sales teams,



and maintaining accurate records of customer communications. The manager will analyze customer feedback and data to identify improvement opportunities, support sales efforts through targeted engagement, and contribute to loyalty and retention initiatives. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure transparency, timely updates, and service quality is a key part of the role.
