Role Description
The Scrum Master role at Netfreak is a full time remote position focused on facilitating agile processes for the content and development teams. The Scrum Master will organize and lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth workflows. This role includes removing impediments, coordinating between content creators, developers, and stakeholders, and helping teams refine user stories and priorities. The Scrum Master will track progress, maintain team boards and metrics,



and promote continuous improvement in delivery practices. The position also involves coaching team members on agile principles and ensuring alignment with Netfreak’s goals and timelines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Sprint Planning skills and experience guiding agile ceremonies.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret team metrics and improve processes.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess experience working with User Stories, backlog refinement, and prioritization.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Software Development workflows and agile tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent are beneficial.
- Experience in digital media, blogging platforms, or content-driven organ
