Job Summary:

The SAP Coordinator at Lorenz India is responsible for coordinating day-to-end master data activities and ensuring smooth system operations in line with company policies and data governance processes. The role includes cross-functional coordination, maintenance of Material Masters, Bills of Materials (BoMs), and production Routings/Recipe, and providing analytical and technical support to operations and supply chain teams. Key duties involve overseeing data integrity and consistency, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system upgrades, managing Engineering Change Notifications (ECNs) and product revisions, utilizing mass maintenance tools for large-scale data updates, troubleshooting transactional data errors, supporting end-user training to ensure seamless manufacturing and operation workflows.

Key Responsibilities:1. Master Data Creation & Management




- Material Master: Create, extend, and maintain Material Master Records (Raw Materials, Semi-Finished Goods, Finished Goods, Packaging, Indirect etc.) across various plants and storage locations.
- Bill of Materials (BoM): Create, update, and audit multi-level BoMs ensuring alignment with specifications and production requirements.
- Routings/Recipe & Work Centers: Set up and maintain production Routings/Recipe, Work Centers, and activity times to ensure accurate capacity planning and product costing.
- Data Integrity: Regularly audit and cleanse SAP master data to eliminate duplicates, correct inconsistencies, and ensure compliance with company standards.

2. Testing & System Support (UAT)
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Execute UAT for SAP system enhancements, recent developments, patches, or configuration changes, and document results.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot master data-related errors
