We are looking for a hands-on Technical Team Lead to manage and mentor our growing tech team at websites.co.in. The ideal candidate should have deep expertise in PHP (Laravel), Android (Kotlin), and the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end development, reviewing code, setting technical direction, and ensuring the timely delivery of scalable features. Youll work closely with product managers and designers to turn ideas into functional, user-ready products. Prior experience in leading small tech teams and working in fast-paced startup environments is a robust plus.
