Role Description
The Head - Sheet Metal Fabrication will lead and manage the sheet metal fabrication operations,



ensuring efficient production, quality output, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. This full-time role is hybrid, based in Coimbatore and involves close coordination with design, production, and quality teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing fabrication planning and scheduling, optimizing workflow and resource utilization, monitoring machine performance, and ensuring timely delivery of fabricated components. The role will guide supervisors and shop-floor personnel, implement continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain documentation related to processes, quality checks, and compliance requirements. The Head - Sheet Metal Fabrication will also collaborate with procurement and logistics, support new product introductions, and drive cost-effective manufacturing practices aligned with company goals.
