Senior Financial Analyst is a key role in leading financial controls and performance reporting. With exposure to global operations, this role will work directly with the cross-functional leaders, and drive initiatives that ensure integrity, transparency, and continuous improvement across the business. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial plans, forecasts, and reports that align with our business objectives.
This hands-on role requires positive accounting and finance background, application and data management/ queries skills and taking a solutions-oriented approach.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Financial Data Analysis: Examine financial statements and market trends to assess the company's financial health and identify areas for improvement.
- Forecasting: forecasting of revenue and expenses, and profitability.
- Budgeting: Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management,
summarizing financial findings and recommendations.
- Compliance and Regulation: Ensure all financial practices adhere to regulations and standards, mitigating legal and financial risks.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with departments such as account management, marketing, operations, and sales to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Primary job responsibilities:
- Review Sales Orders generated from Salesforce/Zoho CRM with the reference to the Contracts.
- Create/Modify the Sales Orders in NetSuite
- Generate the Sales Invoice in the NetSuite
- Create Revenue Recognition Schedules
- Run Revenue Recognition entries.
- Reconcile various GLs.
Reports
- Preparation of monthly reports on revenue by customer, revenue by type, YTD reports, Budget Vs Actual analysis.
- Preparation of report on revenue recurring/ non-recurring.
- Preparation of consolidated revenue reports
- Preparation of profitability r
