About the Role & Team:

1.PayrollOperations:
- Ownandmanageend-to-endmonthlypayrollprocessingforemployeesacrosslocations.
- Consolidatepayrollinputsincludingnewhires,exits,promotions,incentives,reimbursements,attendance,leaveadjustments,andvariablepaycomponents.
- Validatepayrollinputfilesandcoordinatewithexternalpayrollpartnersfortimelypayrollprocessing.
- Reviewpayrolloutputreportstoensurecompleteaccuracyinsalarycalculations,deductions,anddisbursements.
- Ensure timely processing and verificationof Full&FinalSettlements;(F&F;)for exiting employees .

2.Statutory Compliance:
- Ensurecompliancewithallapplicablepayrolllawsandregulationsincluding:ProvidentFund(PF),EmployeeStateInsurance(ESIC),ProfessionalTax(PT),IncomeTax(TDS)etc.




- Monitorstatutoryfilings,payments,andregulatoryupdates.
- Stayupdatedwithchangesinpayrolllegislationandproactivelyimplementrequiredchanges.

3.Reporting&Analytics;:
- PreparepayrollMIS,dashboards,reconciliations,andvariancereportsforleadershipreviews.
- •Analyzepayrolltrends,headcountmovements,andcompensationdatatosupportbusinessdecisions.
- •Maintainpayrollrecordsanddocumentationwithhighlevelsofaccuracyandconfidentiality.

4.Audit&ProcessImprovement;:
- Supportinternal,statutory,andcomplianceauditsbypreparingpayrollschedulesanddocumentation.
- Identify opportunities for automation,process standardization,and operational improvements.
- Strengthenpayrollcontrolstominimizeerrorsandenhancegovernance.

5.StakeholderManagement:
- PartnerwithHRBusinessPartners,Finance,Accounts,andexternalpayrollvendorstoresolvepayroll-relatedqueries.
- Addressemployeepayrollconcernsandensureapositiveemployeeexperience.
