Role & responsibilities

We are looking for dynamic and experienced Engineers to support the execution of Iron Mining, Drilling & Blasting, Bulk Material Handling System (BMHS), and Earthwork Projects. The candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day site activities, ensuring protected operations, coordinating with contractors, maintaining quality standards, and achieving project milestones within the planned schedule and budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Iron Ore Mining operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor drilling and blasting activities as per approved blast design and safety procedures.
- Coordinate excavation, overburden removal, ore extraction, loading, and transportation activities.
- Supervise BMHS installation and commissioning, including:
- Belt Conveyors
- Crushing & Screening Plants
- Transfer Towers
- Wagon Loading Systems




- Stacker Reclaimers
- Stockyards
- Monitor heavy earthwork activities including cutting, filling, grading, embankment, and site development.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Maintain daily progress reports, productivity reports, and site documentation.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, and equipment.
- Follow HSE standards and ensure compliance with DGMS, Mines Act, and statutory regulations.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, billing, quantity measurement, and project monitoring.
- Support commissioning and project handover activities.
