Job Overview:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Decor Designer to conceptualize and execute stunning wedding décor themes. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, knowledge of current wedding trends, and the ability to transform client visions into memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements, themes, and budget to create customized décor concepts.
- Develop mood boards, design presentations, and layout plans for weddings and events.
- Coordinate with vendors, florists, fabricators, and production teams for execution.
- Select color palettes, materials, lighting, floral arrangements, and props.
- Conduct site visits to assess venues and plan décor setups.
- Ensure timely and high-quality execution of décor on event days.
- Stay updated with industry trends and creative design ideas.
- Client Interaction.
Requirements:
- 2–3 years of experience in wedding/event décor or design.
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, SketchUp is a plus).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and visualization skills.
- Excellent coordination and communication abilities.
- Candidate must have his/her own laptop and conveyance
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
