What You’ll Be Doing:

Provide field support for desktop-related calls across Mumbai locations.

Act as site standby / backup engineer whenever required.

Deliver L2 support and technical guidance to L1 Engineers.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.

Handle End User Support, Outlook email issues,



hardware repair, and printer configuration.

Perform network troubleshooting and basic connectivity issue resolution.

Actively participate in IT infrastructure and M365-related projects and activities.

Support users with Microsoft 365 applications and related services.

Coordinate with teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents as per SLA.

Maintain proper documentation and follow IT support processes.

Learn and get certified on new M365 technologies and concepts.

Skills & Competencies Required:

Strong knowledge of Desktop Support and End User Support.

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Outlook and M365.

Hardware troubleshooting and repair expertise.

Printer installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Basic to intermediate Network Troubleshooting skills.

Ability to guide and support L1 Engineers on technical issues.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.
