Strata Tech Sales is a Regional GTM & Deployment Partner helping software companies grow through customer acquisition, product demonstrations, onboarding, and customer success. We work with SaaS, ERP, FinTech, and industry-specific software companies to expand their market presence.

We're looking for a passionate Lead Software Sales Strategist to drive business growth and lead our software sales team.

What You'll Do

• Lead the software sales strategy and execution for assigned products.

• Convert qualified leads into successful business opportunities.

• Conduct discovery calls, online product demonstrations, and customer presentations.

• Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate commercial discussions, and close deals.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers and partners.

• Lead, mentor,



and support Sales Strategists and Sales Executives.

• Monitor sales pipeline, follow-ups, forecasts, and revenue targets.

• Work closely with marketing, deployment, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.

• Continuously improve sales processes and share best practices with the team.

We're Looking For

• Prior experience in software sales, SaaS, ERP, CRM, FinTech, or B2B software solutions is highly preferred.

• Candidates with strong B2B sales experience from other industries and a willingness to learn software products are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

• Self-organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

• Experience leading or mentoring a sales team is an advantage.
