About Vibrant Verandah Studio

Vibrant Verandah Studio is a premium residential interior design studio creating timeless, thoughtfully crafted homes. We are looking for a creative 3D Visualizer to bring our designs to life through photorealistic renderings and immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. 3D Visualization
- Create high-quality photorealistic interior renderings and 3D models.
- Develop walkthroughs, animations, and Virtual Reality (VR) experiences.
- Ensure visualizations accurately reflect the design intent and studio aesthetic.
- Incorporate revisions while meeting project timelines.

2. Material, Lighting & Styling
- Apply realistic materials, lighting, furniture, and décor to create lifelike visuals.
- Maintain updated libraries of materials and 3D assets.
- Stay current with visualization trends and technologies.

3. Design Collaboration
- Work closely with designers to develop accurate visualizations.
- Support client presentations with renders,



walkthroughs, and VR experiences.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure design consistency and timely delivery.

4. Studio Innovation
- Maintain organized project files and asset libraries.
- Improve rendering and VR workflows for efficiency.
- Create visual assets for portfolios and social media.
- Explore new rendering, AI, and VR tools to enhance studio capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Animation, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in architectural or interior visualization.
- Proficiency in SketchUp, 3ds Max/Blender, V-Ray, Enscape, Lumion/D5 Render, Photoshop, and AutoCAD.
- Experience with Virtual Reality (VR) workflows is preferred.
- Robust eye for lighting, materials, composition, and detail.
