Job Summary

The HR Head is responsible for leading the Human Resources function by developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the organization's business goals. This role oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation & perks, compliance, learning & development, and organizational culture while ensuring a productive and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across all departments.
- Design and manage employee engagement, retention, and performance management initiatives.
- Oversee payroll coordination, compensation, benefits, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and conflict management.
- Develop succession planning and talent development programs.




- Identify training needs and oversee learning & development initiatives.
- Manage HR budgets, manpower planning, and workforce optimization.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare management reports on recruitment, attrition, productivity, and employee engagement.
- Lead organizational change initiatives and support business growth through effective people management.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information with integrity.
- Guide and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental objectives.

Qualifications
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- 8–15 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRMS, payroll systems, and recruitment platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
