Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging public speaking lessons aligned with the school's learning objectives.
- Teach speech delivery techniques, voice modulation, pronunciation, articulation, body language, and audience engagement.
- Develop students' confidence in public speaking through presentations, debates, storytelling, speeches, and group discussions.
- Guide students in preparing and delivering speeches for competitions, assemblies, and school events.
- Encourage critical thinking, active listening, and effective interpersonal communication.
- Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, activities, and evaluation tools.
- Create a supportive, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment where students feel comfortable expressing their ideas.
- Integrate technology and multimedia resources to enhance communication skills training.
- Maintain records of student progress and communicate with parents regarding development when required.




- Participate in staff meetings, professional development programs, school events, and extracurricular activities.
- Mentor students in leadership, presentation, and communication skills beyond the classroom.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Communication, Journalism, Theatre, Performing Arts, or a related field.
- Experience in teaching, public speaking, debate coaching, theatre, or communication training is an advantage.
- Excellent command of spoken English (and additional languages, if required by the school).
