Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure security personnel are deployed effectively to monitor premises, respond to alarms, and maintain order on site.
- Conduct regular checks on CCTV cameras to identify potential security threats or incidents.
- Manage access control systems to restrict unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
- Supervise contractors and visitors, ensuring they comply with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including incident reports and maintenance schedules.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in army retired or similar role with expertise in cctv monitoring, security management, and supervision.
- Robust understanding of physical security principles, including access control systems and surveillance techniques.
