Mechanical Design Engineer Duties and Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems
- Collaborate with Project Manager to determine project requirements
- Prepare engineering calculations, drawings and specifications
- Perform design and production trials
- Participate in design reviews of mechanical systems and prototypes
- Coordinate and review engineering schedules with project team members
- Review and approve documentation for quality and safety
- Perform project analysis
- Mechanical Design Engineer requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of X years of experience in mechanical engineering
- Experience with mechanical design and control systems




- Experience with manufacturing process development
- Experience with CAD tools
