Role & responsibilities

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for leading the overall marketing function of the organisation, driving brand visibility, lead generation, project launches, customer engagement, and business growth. The role requires strategic planning, execution excellence, agency management, budget control, employer branding, ATL/BTL activities, digital marketing, event management, and cross-functional coordination to achieve sales and organisational objectives.

Experience: 2-5 years

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare annual and quarterly marketing plans for residential and commercial projects.
- Define marketing budgets, campaign calendars, and ROI-driven initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities.
- Drive brand positioning and differentiation in the market.

2. Brand Management
- Strengthen and maintain corporate and project brand identity.
- Ensure consistency of brand communication across all platforms.




- Manage corporate branding initiatives, promotional materials, and communication campaigns.
- Develop creative brand-building activities to increase market visibility.

3. ATL (Above-The-Line) Marketing
- Plan and execute ATL campaigns, including:
- Print Media
- Television
- Radio
- Outdoor Advertising
- Cinema Advertising
- Transit Media
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and optimise media spends.

4. BTL (Below-The-Line) Marketing
- Plan and execute BTL activities including:
- Site Events
- Roadshows
- Corporate Tie-Ups
- Housing Exhibitions
- Channel Partner Events
- Mall Activations
- Lead Generation Activities
- Drive customer engagement programmes and promotional campaigns.

5. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation
- Lead digital marketing initiatives across:
- Google Ads
- Meta Platforms
- YouTube
- LinkedIn
- SEO & SEM
- Email Marketing
- WhatsApp Marketing
- Optimise
