Role Description

The Omni Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the effective execution of omnichannel operations across assigned stores. The role focuses on ensuring operational excellence, application adoption, process compliance, team capability development, customer experience, and performance monitoring. The manager works closely with store teams, regional stakeholders, supply chain, customer support, and IT teams to ensure seamless omnichannel operations while providing governance rather than performing day-to-day operational activities.

Monitor the execution of omnichannel processes across assigned stores and ensure adherence to defined standard operating procedures.
