About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, field-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our project portfolio by building strong relationships and generating high-quality opportunities.

This is a hands-on, field-based role for someone who enjoys being out in the market, meeting people, identifying opportunities, and building a strong professional network. The ideal candidate already has relationships within the real estate ecosystem and understands how to source opportunities for architecture and construction projects.





Key Responsibilities

* Generate qualified leads for architecture and construction projects.

* Build and maintain relationships with landlords, developers, brokers, property consultants, and other industry stakeholders.

* Identify opportunities across:

* Commercial spaces

* Retail developments

* Luxury residences and bungalows

* Gated communities

* Residential developments

* Conduct regular client meetings, site visits, and networking activities.

* Develop strategic partnerships that lead to long-term business opportunities.

* Work closely with the internal team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

* Maintain and report on the business development pipeline.

Requirements

* 4–5 years of business development experience in architecture, construction, real estate, or related industries.

* Solid network of landlords, brokers, developers, and property
