Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer with a strong background in villa and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute day-to-day site activities.

Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers.

Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at site.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.

Verify measurements and billing quantities.

Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work.





Resolve site-related technical issues and maintain project records.

Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

Diploma / B.E. Civil Engineering

4–10 years of experience in villa/residential building projects

Good knowledge of construction methods, drawings, and site execution

Ability to manage contractors and site workforce

Strong communication and reporting skills
