About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Equity Dealer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of equity markets, trading platforms, and market regulations with a specific focus on low-liquidity Small and Mid-Cap (SMID) counters . In this role, you will be responsible for executing and managing proprietary equity trades using the company's own capital, monitoring market movements, analysing trading performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute equity trades using the company's proprietary funds with precision, and meticulous discipline to minimize impact costs

• Monitor live market trends, stock movements, bid-ask spreads, and sudden volume breakouts throughout the trading day.

• Manage and support trading activities across the company's internal trading portfolios.

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily market insights,



liquidity analysis and trading performance reports.

• Analyze market data, order book depth and trading performance to identify opportunities for improved returns and effective risk management.

• Ensure strict adherence to SEBI regulations, exchange guidelines, internal compliance policies, and surveillance frameworks (including ASM, GSM, and Trade-for-Trade/T2T segments)

• Coordinate with research and operations teams to execute trading strategies efficiently.

• Maintain accurate trading records, reports, circuit limit schedules and documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in equity dealing, proprietary trading, stock trading, capital markets, or a similar role ( institutional dealing desk desks in small-cap equities is highly preferred )
