Role Description
The Housekeeping Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position based at Radisson Resort & Spa Khopoli. This role oversees daily housekeeping operations, including assigning tasks to room attendants, public area attendants, and laundry staff, and ensuring rooms and common areas meet cleanliness and brand standards. The Housekeeping Supervisor monitors inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and guest amenities,



and coordinates with other departments to support smooth resort operations. Responsibilities include inspecting rooms and public spaces, addressing guest requests and feedback promptly, and maintaining accurate records of staff schedules and work completion. The supervisor also supports training and coaching of housekeeping team members, promotes safety and hygiene practices, and helps maintain a skilled, service-oriented environment.

Qualifications
- Strong supervisory skills with experience leading and motivating housekeeping teams.
- Hands-on housekeeping expertise, including room cleaning procedures, public area upkeep, and quality standards.
- Knowledge of laundry operations, fabric care, and efficient handling of linens and guest items.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with internal teams.
