Job Description Sr. Staff Finance

Position: Sr. Staff – Finance
Grade: 2 to 3
Experience: 1 to 3 Years
Location: Ulundurpettai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily accounting transactions, vendor invoices, and employee expense claims.
- Assist in costing activities, including BOM verification, production orders, and material consumption tracking.
- Support monthly physical stock verification of Raw Materials, WIP, and Finished Goods.
- Perform bank and vendor reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing data for GST, TDS, and Professional Tax filings.
- Maintain organized and audit-ready accounting, tax, and costing records.

Qualifications
- B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.




- 1 to 3 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and cost accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables).
- Knowledge of GST and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and learning agility.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic factory workplace.
