Position Summary
We are looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities through outbound cold calling, client engagement, and lead generation. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and persuasion skills with the ability to introduce the company's services, qualify prospects,
and schedule meetings for the business development team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers across various industries.
- Introduce and explain Pro-TEAM Solutions' service portfolio to potential clients.
- Identify customer requirements and business challenges.
- Generate qualified leads and convince prospects to schedule business meetings with the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Follow up regularly with leads through calls and emails.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, meeting schedules, and follow-up activities in Excel.
- Update daily call reports, lead status, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and business teams for successful meeting conversions.
- Stay updated on the company's services and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
