Data Management:
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support reporting and analysis of recruitment activities.
Market Research:
• Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
• Contribute ideas for cutting-edge recruitment strategies.
