Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the US entity.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP.
- Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain the General Ledger (GL) and prepare journal entries.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and balance sheet accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- Generate and send customer invoices for IT Staffing, Consulting, and Managed Services.
- Track client payments and follow up on outstanding receivables.
- Process payroll and maintain payroll-related records for US employees and consultants.
- Support revenue recognition for Time & Material (T&M;), Fixed Price, and Managed Services projects.
- Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and sales teams to validate consultant timesheets and billing information.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, cash flow statements, and management reports.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Coordinate with external CPAs for tax filings,



audits, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with US GAAP, internal financial controls, and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and business information.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (M.Com/MBA Finance preferred).
- 3-6 years of experience in US Accounting or US Bookkeeping.
- Robust knowledge of US GAAP and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online.
- Experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT Staffing, Consulting, or Managed Services accounting.
