Role Description
The Business Operations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves supporting day-to-day business operations, conducting Administrative, Helpdesk and HR functions, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. The associate will help conduct operational activities and coordinate with vendors, other business partners, and visitors to the premise. It will also include assisting in policy documentation, collecting data and reporting on it. and creating awareness of it within the organization. This also includes assisting with recruitment,



profile screening, employee engagement activities, and grievances.

Responsibilities also include basic financial tracking, documentation, and clear communication with stakeholders to support decision-making and operational alignment.

Experience
: Freshers - 2 year only.

- Candidates should possess solid business operations skills, including workflow coordination, process documentation, and basic project support.
