Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying and selling residential or commercial properties, conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through referrals, digital platforms, cold calling, and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
- Conduct property presentations and arrange site visits for prospective clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication until deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing and terms between buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and documentation teams for smooth transactions.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitor activities.




- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.

Required Skills

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min 3 years of experience in real estate sales or direct sales preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred.
