Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager with 1015 years of experience in leading large-scale technology and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, budget ownership, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams. This role requires the ability to drive strategic initiatives, ensure successful project execution, and align technology solutions with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple, complex technology projects and programs.
Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource plans in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
Manage project portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities.
Build and lead cross-functional teams comprising developers, architects, business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and vendors.
Drive project planning, execution, monitoring,



and successful delivery while maintaining quality standards.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues, implementing effective contingency plans.
Monitor project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and resource utilization.
Provide regular project status updates, executive reports, and governance metrics to senior leadership.
Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain solid client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with organizational processes, governance frameworks, and quality standards.
Mentor Project Managers and team leads, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
Promote Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies based on project requirements.
Required Skills
10–15 years of experience in IT project or program management.
Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise applications, digital transformation, or cloud
